To be able to develop the product which includes design, manufacturing, assembly, quality testing, etc. Freshers are encouraged to apply.

The person should be capable of creating mechanical drawings, sketches, and models using computer-aided design software, such as FreeCad, SolidEdge, Solidworks, CREO, Catia, AutoCAD and other softwares.

To be able to build the structures, components and the entire product.

Be the part of product development team and be able to suggest innovative solutions for efficient product development.

More importantly the candidate should be positive thinking and believe that nothing is impossible.

We do not want a person who is willing to work 9-5 job but we need somebody who is willing to put extra efforts and passion to learn and complete the tasks before deadlines.

Responsibilities:

CAD Design:

Create detailed 3D CAD models and 2D drawings using industry-standard software (e.g., FreeCad, SolidWorks, AutoCAD etc).

Develop design concepts that meet project requirements and standards.

Manufacturability:

Ensure designs are manufacturable by collaborating with manufacturing teams and considering production processes.

Conduct feasibility studies to assess the viability of proposed designs from a manufacturing perspective.

Prototyping, Assembly and Testing

Involve in the prototyping team to bring designs to life for testing and validation.

Analyze test results and iterate designs based on feedback and performance.

Material Selection:

Research and recommend appropriate materials for each design, considering cost, performance, and manufacturability.

Stay updated on the latest materials and manufacturing technologies.

Collaboration:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, electrical engineers, and manufacturing teams, to ensure seamless integration of mechanical components.

Documentation:

Prepare comprehensive documentation, including design specifications, bills of materials (BOM), and assembly instructions.

Maintain accurate records of design changes and iterations.

Quality Control:

Participate in design reviews to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.

Implement design changes based on feedback from quality control and testing.
