Job Title: Chartered Accountant (CA)

Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai

Experience: 4–7 years post-qualification

Qualification: Chartered Accountant (LLB is an added advantage)

Preferred Experience: Candidates with experience in a newly BSE-listed or IPO company

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Salary: As per market standards

Preference: Candidates based in or near Mumbai

Availability: Immediate joiners preferred

Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on exposure to accounting, statutory compliance, audits, and financial reporting for a newly BSE-listed or IPO company. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior management and play a key role in corporate governance and financial management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparation and review of financial statements in accordance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordination and management of internal and external audits.
  • Handling taxation, accounting, and financial control processes.
  • Ensuring compliance with SEBI, Companies Act, and other regulatory requirements for listed entities.
  • Supporting management in budgeting, forecasting, and MIS reporting.
  • Assisting in IPO-related documentation, disclosures, and compliance.
  • Liaising with legal and compliance teams on matters of corporate governance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8, ₹44,955.85 per month
