We're building the future of healthcare automation — starting with the post-acute, value-based care space, where both medication overload and revenue cycle complexity are driving unnecessary costs and poor outcomes. Founded by Dev Roy (2x exited founder), our start-up is building multi-agent LLM systems that operate with transparency, accuracy, and traceability — tackling two of the hardest problems in the healthcare stack: medication optimization and revenue cycle management (RCM).

The Role

We're looking for a Backend Engineer who's comfortable building scalable Python backends. You'll own features end-to-end: architecting APIs, wiring up data flows, integrating LLMs, and shipping user experiences that feel almost magical.

This isn't a "sit and wait for tickets" role. This is about grabbing big problems, breaking them down, and pushing solutions live — fast.

  • Architect and ship Python backend services (APIs, data pipelines, integrations).
  • Work with databases (SQL/NoSQL) to store, query, and optimize data.
  • Plug in and experiment with LLMs to power next-gen product features.
  • Own features from idea → prototype → production → iteration.
  • Write code that's fast, clean, and scalable (but you'll prioritize shipping over perfection).
  • Collaborate directly with founders, designers, and other engineers — no bureaucracy, just impact.
  • Keep learning, keep experimenting, and keep raising the bar.
