Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an MS SQL Database Administrator located in Bengaluru. The MS SQL DBA will be responsible for managing database systems, monitoring their performance, and ensuring their availability to support business operations. Routine tasks include managing database backups, ensuring data replication, troubleshooting issues, and designing database systems optimized for efficiency and scalability. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to support data needs and enhancements.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Database Administration, including installation, configuration, and maintenance
  • Proficiency in Database Design and optimization techniques to ensure high performance
  • Experience with Replication and ensuring data consistency across multiple systems
  • Strong Troubleshooting skills to address technical issues and implement solutions efficiently
  • Knowledge and experience working with Databases and their performance tuning
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent team collaboration and communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
