About the Role :

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Frontend Developer with proven experience in modern web technologies such as Angular or React, , and TypeScript. This role requires a strong understanding of frontend architecture, web performance optimization, and modern development workflows.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Frontend Development & Implementation :

- Design and implement modern, responsive web interfaces using Angular (MEAN stack) or React (MERN stack).

- Write clean, modular, and maintainable code that follows best practices in web standards, accessibility, and performance.

- Build reusable components and libraries for future use, ensuring consistency across different modules and pages.

- Integrate RESTful APIs and backend services efficiently to provide smooth and interactive user experiences.

- Use modern frontend tools and build systems such as Webpack, Babel, or Vite to optimize project workflows and improve application performance.

2. Collaboration & Cross-Functional Teamwork :

- Collaborate with backend developers, designers, and product managers to understand functional requirements and transform them into elegant technical solutions.

- Participate actively in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and maintaining high code quality standards.

- Work closely with backend engineers to ensure API integration is efficient, reliable, and secure.

- Coordinate with the UI/UX team to ensure design feasibility, pixel-perfect implementation, and user-centric interface design.

3. Performance Optimization & Best Practices :

- Continuously monitor, test, and optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and smooth rendering across browsers and devices.

- Implement lazy loading, code splitting, and caching techniques to enhance performance and scalability.

- Optimize for SEO, accessibility (WCAG standards), and cross-browser compatibility.

- Identify bottlenecks and proactively resolve UI/UX or technical performance issues.

4. Quality Assurance & Testing :

- Write and maintain unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end (E2E) tests using frameworks like Jest, Mocha, or Cypress.

- Ensure high-quality, bug-free releases through automated testing and CI/CD workflows.

- Participate in debugging sessions, quickly identifying and fixing issues across environments.

5. Continuous Improvement & Innovation :

- Stay current with emerging technologies, frameworks, and best practices in frontend engineering.

- Recommend improvements to enhance development workflows, productivity, and maintainability.

- Explore opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and improve CI/CD pipelines for frontend deployments.

- Contribute to internal documentation, coding guidelines, and shared knowledge repositories.

6. Agile Development & Communication :

- Work within Agile/Scrum development processes, participating in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Requirements & Qualifications :

Technical Expertise :

Frontend Technologies :

- Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript (ES6 ) and TypeScript for building robust, scalable frontend applications.

Frameworks :

- Proficiency in either Angular (MEAN stack) or React (MERN stack), with deep understanding of component lifecycle, hooks, state management, and routing.

UI/UX Implementation :

- Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, SASS/SCSS, and responsive design techniques. Ability to translate complex UI/UX designs into functional, pixel-perfect code.

API Integration :

- Proven experience working with RESTful APIs and handling asynchronous operations using tools like Axios, Fetch, or GraphQL (optional).
