External - Students of Sreenidhi University, Parents, Institution Alumni Location SU Campus, Hyderabad Role The Non Academic Mentor will be responsible for the Student Admissions and planning, developing, organizing, executing, monitoring and evaluation, and leadership of all matters relating to Student / Learner engagement, Learning operations and delivery, Learner success and Alumni engagement. The role is also responsible for driving Student Admissions and a positive learning experience through student engagement and educational service excellence. Section - B: Roles and Reponsibilties : Key areas of responsibility would be to effectively handle the below Admissions, Student Engagement, Alumni Engagement & Programme Operations Management
•Work on Student admissions and Cordinate with Admission / Marketing teams for necessary Admission and post admission On boarding activities. Ensure successful student On-boarding to University programmes.

•Ensuring all milestones-based activities of Student Life Cycle are achieved smoothly. Manage all key programme deliverables and milestones including periodic Complilation / Fee collection activities. Building and managing Learner success strategy and assume the role of learners success advocate for the organization.

•Plan, execute and support pre-delivery, delivery, and post-delivery operations. Collaborate and partner with internal and external stakeholders aiming for excellence in support services.

•Facilitate learner engagement. Provide great support services to learners. Achieve learner success in every part of the learning journey. Plan, strategize and lead Alumni engagement. Programme Monitoring & Evaluation
•Regularly review and assess key programme data points and progress against programme milestones.

•Identify learning patterns and Produce periodic reports to appropriate stakeholders as and when needed.

•To be a champion of data-driven decision-making in training programmes. Be able to communicate findings to Students / Parents key information such as performance and attendance metrics. Learner Experience
•Support learners to make the most of their learning journey.

•Accountable for learner performance against learning objectives, milestones, and collecting and consolidating learner feedback on their learning experience.

•Work closely with the faculties, project teams to provide regular updates on the courses and learner progress. Identify risks and provide innovative insights and solutions to learning challenges. Provide actionable feedback for continuous learning improvements. Stakeholder Management
•Foster and Manage execellent working relationships with all stakeholders including Students, Parents, Faculty, Admin Teams, Clubs etc. Education Qualifications Required
•Graduation / Post Graduation - Any. Experience Required
•Minimum 3-4 years experience in a Customer handling /Student Admissions/ Learner Success/ Student Success / Relationship Management / training, Learning and development / Teaching and learning, E-learning / Ed-Tech/ Adult learning roles.

•Good process management skills.

•Good writing and comprehending skills.

•Good in conversational English (Oral & Written), Hindi and Telugu languages.

•Multi tasking skills required. Required Personality Characteristics
•Patient, Coachable, Open to Learning, collaborative and a team worker.

•Good emotional quotient.

•An eye for details with an attitude for continuous improvement.

•Comfortable handling young and energetic student community with a flair for providing student career guidance and individual emotional couselling.
