Overview The Workday/WorkSoft position is a critical role within our organization, responsible for ensuring the seamless operation and optimization of our Workday and WorkSoft systems. This role is vital in managing various HR and financial processes to enhance functionality and improve efficiency across departments. As a key player in the implementation and administration of these platforms, the Workday/WorkSoft professional will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze current systems, troubleshoot issues, and provide training and support to users. By leveraging their expertise in Workday and WorkSoft, the incumbent will help drive strategic initiatives, ensure compliance with organizational policies, and contribute to the overall success of the business. This role demands a detail-oriented individual who is dedicated to continuous improvement and possesses strong communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels. Key Responsibilities

• Implement and configure Workday/WorkSoft modules to align with business needs.
• Perform regular system maintenance and ensure data integrity across platforms.
• Develop and run custom reports and dashboards to analyze metrics and key performance indicators.
• Collaborate with HR and finance teams to streamline processes and improve workflows.
• Provide system training sessions for users and create support documentation.
• Conduct root cause analysis to resolve issues and recommend enhancements.
• Manage integration with external systems and third-party tools.
• Monitor system updates and developments to stay current with industry best practices.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements for system enhancements.
• Assist in change management processes and user acceptance testing.
• Support compliance initiatives by ensuring system configurations meet legal and regulatory standards.
• Document technical specifications and maintain up-to-date records of system changes.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and business users to facilitate effective communication.
• Participate in project management activities for system upgrades and implementations.
• Provide ongoing support for system issues and user inquiries.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Workday or WorkSoft administration.
• Strong understanding of HR and financial processes.
• Experience in system integrations and data management.
• Proficiency in reporting and data analysis tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Previous experience in user training and support.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies.
• Knowledge of compliance requirements related to HR and financial systems.
• Certifications in Workday or WorkSoft are a plus.
• Ability to adapt to changing technology landscapes.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a consulting role is preferred.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Proven track record of driving process improvements in systems management.
