Kindergarten Teacher

We are seeking a compassionate, energetic, and creative Kindergarten Teacher to nurture young learners and build strong foundational skills in literacy, numeracy, social interaction, and creativity. The teacher will create a joyful, safe, and engaging classroom environment that fosters curiosity and holistic development.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons, activities, and storytelling sessions.
• Introduce basic concepts in language, numbers, shapes, and colors in an interactive manner.
• Foster social, emotional, and moral development among children.
• Use creative teaching aids such as songs, rhymes, games, puppets, and visual aids.
• Maintain discipline with care, ensuring a warm and inclusive environment.
• Observe, assess, and document student progress and share updates with parents.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and coordinators for curriculum planning.
• Organize events, celebrations, and activities to enhance cultural and creative learning.
• Ensure classroom safety, hygiene, and child-friendly practices.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate / Diploma / Certification in Early Childhood Education or Montessori Training.
• Prior experience as a Kindergarten / Pre-Primary teacher preferred.
• Strong communication skills in English (and local language if required).
• Creativity, patience, and enthusiasm for working with young children.
• Ability to manage and engage children with warmth and empathy.
• Good classroom management and organizational skills.
