As a
Trainee – Quality Assurance

, you will be responsible for learning and assisting in the testing process to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products. This role is designed for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who want to build their skills in software testing and quality processes under the guidance of experienced QA team members.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Learn and execute test cases under supervision.
  • Assist in identifying, logging, and tracking software defects.
  • Perform functional, regression, and integration testing on assigned modules.
  • Understand project requirements and contribute to preparing test documentation.
  • Follow company QA processes, standards, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and senior QA members to ensure product quality.
  • Participate in QA reviews, status meetings, and team discussions.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Basic understanding of
    SDLC

(Software Development Life Cycle) and
STLC

(Software Testing Life Cycle).
- Familiarity with
manual testing

concepts; knowledge of automation tools is a plus.
- Familiarity with Non-functional testing knowledge such as performance testing, security testing, accessibility and compatibility testing is a must have.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to learn new tools, technologies, and processes quickly.
- Tools knowledge is a plus : Dbeaver, playwright, selenium, javascript, Jira.
- Basic proficiency in any coding language would be preferred.
