Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Maintenance Manager. The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of equipment and facilities, implementing preventive maintenance programs, and managing the maintenance staff. This is an on-site role located in Shahdol. Daily tasks include supervising maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, coordinating with other departments, and maintaining maintenance records.

Qualifications

  • Supervisory Skills and Maintenance Management experience
  • Equipment Maintenance and Repair skills
  • Knowledge of Preventive Maintenance practices
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Relevant certifications in maintenance or engineering fields are a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
