The intern will work closely with our AWS Cloud Engineering and Architecture Teams, supporting day to day operational incident, change, and problem management cases. As Associate Cloud Engineer , you will assist in the day to day customer support of infrastructure public and private cloud services. 


Job Responsibilities:

- Establish operational and maintenance programs/processes to deliver best-in-class Cloud infrastructure.

- Collaborate with operational service teams on projects.

- Aide in the project schedules and business processes as they relate to managing cloud services.

- Deploying, building, and configuring deployment methods.

- Following best practices for development and deployment in a Cloud Native environment.

- Troubleshoot the system and solve problems across all platform and application domains.

- Help us enhance and expand our CI/CD process so devs can build, test and deliver software safely and predictably.


Technical Requirements:

- Exposure of CI/CD and DevOps.

- AWS Training or Certifications preferred

- Knowledge of  Python/Bash or similar scripting language

- A good understanding of LINUX operating systems (user level)

- Solid conceptual understanding of distributed and scale out applications

- Solid understanding of cloud deployments and patterns.

Educational Qualification : Degree in Computer Science, IT, or similar field; a Master's is a plus
