FCPC Software Trainer Responsibilities

Training & Development

• Conduct training sessions for new employees on FCPC software applications.
• Teach data entry, verification, and processing workflows within the system.
• Explain compliance standards, KYC processes, and documentation procedures.
• Guide employees on generating reports, dashboards, and MIS outputs.

Support & Monitoring

• Monitor trainee performance and provide feedback for improvement.
• Troubleshoot common software issues and teach problem-solving techniques.
• Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Process Improvement

• Update training materials as software or processes change.
• Suggest improvements to workflow efficiency and data accuracy.
• Coordinate with management to ensure team readiness and productivity.

Soft Skills Required

• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Patience and ability to explain technical concepts simply.
• Leadership and mentoring skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
