Position Overview:

We are seeking a proficient ITGC Process Monitoring Consultant to join our dynamic team. As an ITGC Process Monitoring Consultant at Exotel, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the effectiveness of our IT General Controls (ITGC). You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to monitor, assess, and enhance our IT processes to maintain compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement robust ITGC frameworks and controls to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements (e.g., SOX) and industry standards.
  • Conduct regular assessments and audits of IT systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and potential risks.
  • Monitor and analyze ITGC controls, processes, and systems to detect anomalies, vulnerabilities, or non-compliance issues.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement remediation plans and corrective actions to address identified issues.
  • Provide guidance and support to teams across the organization on ITGC best practices, policies, and procedures.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies, regulatory changes, and industry trends to proactively address potential challenges and opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. (Master's degree preferred)
  • Professional certification such as CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor) or equivalent is highly desirable.
  • 3 minimum years and maximum 5 years of experience in IT audit, process monitoring, or ITGC consulting, preferably in a technology-driven environment.
  • Solid understanding of IT governance frameworks (e.g., COBIT) and regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR, PCI-DSS).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex technical information and identify areas for improvement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across different teams and levels of the organization.
