Candidate can designing and delivering lessons covering the four modules (listening, reading, writing, speaking), creating and grading practice tests, and providing detailed feedback to students. They must stay updated on exam trends, maintain a positive learning environment, and help students achieve their target scores. Key qualifications include excellent English proficiency, teaching experience, strong communication skills, and a thorough understanding of the IELTS format. Key responsibilities Lesson planning: Design and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to the IELTS exam format and student needs. Instruction: Conduct training sessions covering all four modules: listening, reading, writing, and speaking. Assessment: Develop, administer, and grade practice tests and assignments to evaluate student progress. Feedback: Provide detailed, constructive feedback to students to help them improve. Curriculum and materials: Assist in developing supplementary educational materials and stay updated on the latest exam trends. Student motivation: Motivate students to maintain high levels of engagement and commitment. Record keeping: Maintain accurate records of student performance and progress. Key qualifications and skills English proficiency: Excellent written and spoken English skills. Teaching experience: Prior experience teaching English, especially IELTS preparation. Knowledge: Strong understanding of the IELTS exam format, scoring criteria, and test-taking strategies. Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse groups of students. Adaptability: Ability to use various teaching skills to engage learners and tailor instruction to individual needs. Other skills: Self-motivation, student handling skills, and computer literacy are often required. A Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time
