Project Manager

Description :

Bitkraft Technologies LLP is looking for a Project Manager to join our software engineering team.

You will be looking into the end-to-end delivery of projects, client communications, team statuses for our web & mobile development projects of our custom services business.

As a Project Manager, you should be comfortable with technology projects for web and mobile and be a bridge between various stakeholders on the project. A background on software development is essential

Essential Skills :

- Knowledge and working with JIRA, Github Projects or any other project management tools

- Efficient in taking timely decisions

- Strong communication

- Maintaining client relationships

- Ability to create and maintain various project documents viz. quotations, workflows, use-case diagrams, effort estimates, test cases, project timelines, work timesheets and so on

- Early identification of delays and taking appropriate steps for mitigation

- Manage the project budget

- Manage team allocations

- Vendor management

- Adept at managing multiple projects at a time

Key Responsibilities :

- Gathering & understanding client requirements and providing technical solutions to business needs

- Use Project Management tools like JIRA or Github Desktop to manage projects

- Create stories, tasks and break down the project into small tasks for assignment to team members

- Providing guidance to multiple stakeholders of the project viz. Management, Developers, Testers, clients, etc.

- Conduct scrum calls with the client and teams

- Ability to understand business problems and provide solutions through technology

- Deliver work within timelines and quality specifications

- Respond to technical queries from clients, management and team members

- Work with development teams and project managers to ideate software solutions

- Work with the testing team to conduct manual and automated tests

- Design workflows and jointly review technical architecture with technical architects

- Perform scenario-based testing

- Manage documentation, flow diagrams, use-case diagrams, charts as required

- Communicate with team members and clients for efficient project functioning

- Staying abreast of latest developments in web technologies and related programming languages/frameworks
