Training Consultant

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Full Stack Development Trainer to join our team at Bixcel Institute of Technologies. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of web development technologies, a passion for teaching, and a commitment to student success. As a Full Stack Development Trainer, you will play a critical role in developing, instructing, and guiding students through various full stack development topics, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, , React, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Training Sessions: Deliver engaging lessons and workshops on full-stack development topics, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, , React, and more.
• Develop Curriculum: Prepare syllabus plans, assignments, and coding exercises tailored to different skill levels and learning styles.
• Provide One-on-One Mentoring: Offer personalized tutoring to students, address individual queries, and support students with their coding challenges.
• Evaluate Student Progress: Assess and evaluate students' understanding through assignments, projects, and hands-on exercises to monitor progress and provide feedback.
• Training & Development: Participate in continuous training to stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and teaching methodologies.
• Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate records of student attendance, assessments, and feedback.

Work Hours:

• 9:30 AM to 07:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.

Probation Period:

• 3 months probation period
• Performance will be reviewed after probation, and a decision regarding permanent employment will be made.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in full-stack development or a related field.
• Proficiency in full-stack development technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, , and React.
• Strong teaching and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
• Prior experience in training or mentoring in a related field is preferred.
• Enthusiasm for educating others and contributing to student growth.
• Strong organizational skills to manage course materials and track student progress.
