Position : Business Analyst, AI/ML Product Development. Location : Bangalore/Hyderabad. Exp Range : 6+ Years.

Type : Full Time. Education Qualification : Bachelors degree. Timings : UK Shift.

Salary : As per market the Role :Were building the next generation of AI powered software. As our Business Analyst, youll translate high value business needs into clear, testable requirements, partner with engineering on scalable architecture, and champion automation, security, and best practices across the product Responsibilities :

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements; translate them into clear, detailed, and testable user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional/technical specifications (BRDs, user stories).
  • Conduct impact assessments and continuously manage stakeholder expectations by soliciting feedback throughout development.
  • Partner with engineering to review architecture and system design decisions, ensuring solutions meet business requirements efficiently and adhere to security, compliance, and performance standards.
  • Advocate for automation in testing, deployment, and feature validation; define technical acceptance criteria aligned with code quality and security best practices.
  • Support the code review process by specifying functional requirements, security constraints, and expected outcomes.
  • Collaborate with QA to develop comprehensive test case scenarios based on user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and provide data driven recommendations.
  • Contribute expertise in integrating generative AI and advanced ML models into product features.
  • Maintain and manage the product backlog; participate in sprint planning, refinement, and retrospectives within an Agile/Scrum :
  • 6+ experience as a Business Analyst in software product development.
  • Strong understanding of business process analysis, systems analysis, and project management methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience in Agile/Scrum environments, including backlog management and sprint planning.
  • Proven ability to write clear, concise, and testable user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Demonstrated experience partnering with engineering teams on system design, security, and performance considerations.
  • Experience integrating generative AI or advanced ML technologies into products.
  • Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Git, AWS, and CI/CD pipelines.
