touchpoints in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

What We Expect From You

● Craft clear, relatable content that stays fresh and true to brand values.

● Ensure every piece reflects quality, clarity, and intent.

● Break down briefs to shape stories that resonate with real audiences. Translate requirements

into messaging that feels meaningful.

● Edit with precision to keep every word sharp, concise, and effective. Maintain engagement

without losing substance or depth.

● Collaborate with design and product teams to turn insights into action. Align messaging with

user needs and business goals.

● Think from the user's perspective to create cohesive, audience-first content. Ensure

consistency and relevance across all touchpoints.

● Plan and produce content for push, app, social, and CRM channels. Adapt messaging to fit

each format's purpose and context.

● Leverage data and consumer insights to inform strategy and refine narratives. Use evidence

to guide creative decisions and measure impact.

● Identify friction points in the user journey and address them through messaging. Enhance

clarity, reduce confusion, and improve user experience.

● Maintain a consistent brand voice while testing and iterating over time. Balance evolution

with brand integrity and coherence.

Must Haves

● 5+ years of copywriting experience in consumer focused businesses, content

agencies or similar roles.

● Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

● Use consumer insights to drive home the intended-communication succinctly.

● Strong interpersonal, management and stakeholder-handling skills with bias to

action.

● Strong project reporting/management skills.

● Strong analytical mindset.

● Hands-on experience in content marketing.

● Highly creative with a strong collaborative spirit.

● Experience of building customer-focused content
