-Set-up and program winders.
-Monitor the production process to ensure the quality and accuracy of the product.
-Maintain winding machine and all associated equipment.
-Ensure high productivity and minimal downtime.
-Troubleshoot malfunctions to resolve production problems.
-Keep records of production, material usage and efficiency.
-Ensure manufacturing according to ISO standards.
-Enforce safety regulations in the workplace.
-Perform daily maintenance and cleaning of the winder.
