Job Title: PLM Windchill Developer

Experience Required: 48 years (with minimum 3 years of relevant Windchill development experience)

Job Description

We are seeking skilled PLM Windchill Developers with strong expertise in customization, implementation, and Core Java development. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in at least one end-to-end Windchill implementation project, with proven ability to design, code, and deploy customized solutions within the PLM environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, customize, and implement solutions in PTC Windchill PLM.
  • Work on end-to-end implementation projects, from requirements gathering to deployment.
  • Design and develop custom workflows, utilities, and extensions using Core Java.
  • Collaborate with business and functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Perform code reviews, debugging, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Provide production support and resolve technical issues related to Windchill.

Must-Have Skills

  • 3–6 years of total IT experience, with minimum 3 years in Windchill Development.
  • Strong hands-on experience in Windchill customization and implementation.
  • Experience in at least 1 end-to-end Windchill implementation project.
  • Proficiency in Core Java programming and object-oriented design.
  • Ability to work on pure customization (coding-focused, not just configuration).

Good-to-Have Skills

  • Knowledge of PLM concepts and business processes.
  • Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, integrations, and database (SQL/Oracle).
  • Familiarity with PTC tools, upgrades, and Windchill modules
