Responsibilities
Utility System Operation

  • Operate and monitor HVAC systems, chillers, air compressors, water treatment systems, Diesel generators & Fire pump room.
  • Ensure systems run within validated parameters and meet production demands.

Maintenance & Troubleshooting

  • Perform routine and preventive maintenance on utility equipment.
  • Assist in troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues.
  • Support acceptance testing and commissioning of new equipment.
  • Maintain accurate logs of operations, maintenance, and repairs.
  • Track usage of utility spares and consumables.
  • Support cross-functional activities during shutdowns or audits.

Qualifications

  • Education: Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Refrigeration & Air Conditioning.

  • Experience: 4–5 years in utility operations,

  • Skills:

  • Knowledge of HVAC, steam, water, and electrical systems.

  • Ability to troubleshoot and repair utility equipment.
  • Strong documentation and compliance mindset.
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and in teams
