  • Design and develop 2D and 3D CAD models of patterns, core boxes, and associated tooling for foundry applications.
  • Manage tooling projects from concept to final production, including feasibility studies, Material selection and cost reduction.
  • Document and maintain comprehensive design files, revisions, and bill of materials (BOMs) in Solidowrks PDM software ( Dassault Systmes).
