ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Generate sales and purchase invoices in Tally for textile products.
  • Maintain day-to-day accounting entries (sales, purchase, receipts, payments, credit/debit notes).
  • Ensure timely and accurate billing as per company policies.
  • Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory entries in Tally.
  • Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer accounts.
  • Maintain stock and inventory records related to fabric, garments, or accessories in Tally.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Coordinate with sales, purchase, and logistics teams for billing accuracy.
  • Maintain proper filing of invoices, challans, and other accounting documents.
  • Assist in internal and statutory audits.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹22,000.00 per month
