Senior Manager - Plant Accounting 3 Required Skills

  • Plant accounting across multiple branches (build mindset)

Role Objective
The incumbent will be responsible for the complete financial activities of plant accounting and direction for critical business units for Moglix

Role Responsibilities

  • End to end responsibility of finance and accounting function, including cost accounting, book closing, inventory management, audits, financial controls and compliances for multiple legal entities.
  • Handling audits and all deliverables related to compliances including corporate matters.
  • Support business from a financial viewpoint including profitability analysis, margin profiling and other financial analytics needs.
  • Formulate & drive business plans / strategies for existing and new plants
  • ERP implementation for Plant Accounting
  • Evaluate ROI of all capex related decisions
  • Plant accounting and variance analysis across products

Qualification & Experience

  • 8+ years of experience in accounting within a manufacturing or plant setting Exposure to financial reporting standards, financial analysis, tax regulations, laws and any other compliance requirements Should be open to travel
  • Must exhibit a comprehensive knowledge of accounting principles and the ability to apply them within the specific context of the plant operations.
  • Should be able to communicate in English and the local language (if required)
