Campus Recruitment Trainer

Key Responsibilities and Job Summary

• Student Training & Guidance:
• Develop and deliver training modules covering communicative English, quantitative aptitude, analytical reasoning, and corporate etiquette.
• Conduct mock interviews, resume workshops, and provide mentorship to prepare students for the recruitment process.
• Assist with summer internship placements and final placements.
• Program Development & Implementation:
• Design and implement comprehensive campus placement strategies and initiatives aligned with institutional goals.
• Utilize ready-made training content, such as that from , to ensure effective delivery.
• Industry Collaboration:
• Build and maintain relationships with industry partners and corporations to secure placement opportunities.
• Facilitate industry interaction sessions, networking events, and provide students with real-world insights.
• Operations & Feedback:
• Organize placement drives, job fairs, and recruitment events.
• Maintain records and analyze placement statistics and feedback from recruiters and students to continuously improve the program.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
