Key Responsibilities:
- Develop architectural designs and concepts for interior spaces, ensuring functionality, aesthetics, and compliance with building codes.
- Collaborate with interior designers, clients, and contractors to create detailed project plans.
- Prepare architectural drawings, blueprints, and 3D models using software like AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Photoshop.
- Assess site conditions, conduct feasibility studies, and provide design solutions.
- Coordinate with engineers, and consultants to integrate structural and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) requirements.
- Ensure timely project execution by supervising construction and installation processes.
- Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and sustainable design practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelors or Master's degree in Architecture
- 10+ years of experience in architectural design, preferably in interior projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Bim, SketchUp, Lumion, and Adobe Suite.
- Strong understanding of materials, finishes, and space planning.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
