Hi all

We are hiring Accounts executive/Accountant

Location : Ulsoor road , trinity metro station , bangalore

Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (2nd & 4th Saturdays off)

Mode of Interview: Face-to-Face

• Written Test, HR Round, GM Round , Manager Round

Experience Required: 2 to 7 years

Key Responsibilities:

Direct Tax Compliance:

  • Timely preparation and filing of Income Tax Returns (ITR) for the companies, LLP, Partnership Firms, and its directors/partners
  • Assisting in tax audit processes and preparation of Form 3CD
  • Accurate preparation and timely submission of SFT (Statement of Financial Transactions) reports
  • Handling notices received under Income Tax and TDS, and coordinating with tax consultants for resolution

TDS (Tax Deducted at Source):

  • Timely deduction and deposit of TDS
  • Filing of TDS returns (Form 24Q, 26Q,27Q)
  • Issuance of TDS certificates (Form 16, 16A)

Notices & Assessments:

  • Managing notices and assessments under Income Tax and TDS
  • Liaising with tax authorities and consultants for effective resolution

Qualifications & Skills:

  • B.Com / M.Com
  • Strong knowledge of Direct Taxation, Income Tax, TDS, and related compliances
  • Proficiency in Tally ERP / SAP
  • Good communication and analytical skills

  • Experience in handling audits and tax assessments
