Urban Pillar is seeking an enthusiastic Senior Full Stack Developer (MERN) with strong expertise in , , MongoDB, and Cloud Deployment (AWS/VPS). The ideal candidate will be hands-on with AI integration, DevOps, and real-time systems (Kafka), capable of leading projects from design to deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Design, develop, and deploy scalable full-stack applications using MongoDB, Express, , and (MERN).

2) Integrate AI modules (Gemma, Hugging Face, OpenAI) for content automation, recommendations, and NLP-based workflows.

3) Implement real-time systems using Kafka and WebSocket-based event architectures.

4) Manage cloud deployments (AWS EC2, S3, CloudFront, Route53) with cost optimization and CI/CD pipelines.

5) Collaborate with cross-functional teams (AI, DevOps, Frontend, Product) to ensure alignment and timely delivery.

6) Lead code reviews, mentorship, and sprint planning for the development team.

7) Monitor and improve system reliability using Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, and Promtail.

8) Maintain system security, API authentication (JWT/OAuth), and compliance best practices.

9) Drive continuous improvement through automation, observability, and innovation.

Technical Skills Required
:

Frontend: , (SSR), Redux, Tailwind, Bootstrap, REST & GraphQL API integration, Component-driven design.

Backend: , , RESTful API architecture, Authentication (JWT, OAuth, Google Auth), Kafka and WebSockets.

Database: MongoDB (Indexing, Aggregation Pipelines, TTL Collections), MySQL, DynamoDB, Redis (basic knowledge).

Cloud & DevOps: AWS (EC2, S3, CloudFront, Route53), VPS Hosting, CI/CD pipelines, Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, Promtail.

AI Integration: Hugging Face, Gemma Models, OpenAI APIs, RAG-based automation.

Tools & Frameworks: Git, Docker (basic), Nginx, Cloudflare CDN, WebP optimization, cost management.
