Pagination Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Pagination Specialist with hands-on experience in 3B2 APP12 and XML-based workflows. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality, print-ready pages by interpreting XML data, incorporating author and managed copy (MC) comments, and ensuring adherence to established book styles.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with 3B2 APP12 to execute end-to-end pagination for assigned titles.
• Utilize an XML-based workflow to generate 3D files using the XML inputs provided (including embedded Author and MC comments).
• Review and verify Author/MC comments in proofing platforms such as Proof Central and DigiEdit, and accurately implement these during the pagination process.
• Perform chapter-level pagination in accordance with the required book style, layout specifications, and design guidelines.
• Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and quality of typeset pages.
• Generate PostScript (PS) and PDF files as final deliverables for print or digital output.
• Collaborate with editorial, production, and QA teams to deliver error-free outputs within deadlines.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proficiency in 3B2 APP12 or equivalent typesetting software.
• Strong understanding of XML workflows and structured content handling.
• Experience with proofing platforms such as Proof Central or DigiEdit.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow style guides accurately.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet production timelines.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹15, ₹40,873.29 per month
