We are looking for a creative marketing managerAt UGT Tech, we're on a mission to improve productivity of 12 crore small farmers through smart mechanisation for small-scale farming.We're building one of India's fastest-growing agri-machinery brands — Japanese-inspired engineering, Indian ingenuity.This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bangalore (Indiranagar), reporting directly to me. You will be entrusted to build and execute marketing systems and sub-systems for UGT's pan-India operations. The job will need you to lead campaigns, digital outreach, and trade fair participation; collaborate with sales teams to align with marketing goals; Travel extensively across ~12 states for market research, dealer engagement, and farmer insights; Develop creative and unconventional approaches to reach remote farmers across India.Exposure in the agriculture or rural sector will help. Understanding India's cultural diversity is essential — we're looking for someone well-read, well-travelled, and deeply curious.QualificationsStrong foundation in Marketing (Rory Sutherland?)Background in Psychology (kahneman / traversky?)Comfort with digital tools and AI — quality > quantitySolid grasp of brand management and content storytellingData, research, and marketing analytics skills are a plusCreative, out of box and unafraid to experimentExcellent communication and collaboration skillsAbility to listen, understand, plan, and execute — we're trying to organise a highly unorganised industry. Patience will be your superpower.We are a pretty flat organisation. You will be given resources to implement your ideas but the motivation and ideation has to come to you. You will be required to be self propelled and evaluated on your output.
