About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Visiting Faculty for Aptitude Training who can effectively teach and mentor students in Quantitative, Logical Reasoning, and Verbal Ability areas, preparing them for campus placements, competitive exams, and other assessments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct engaging classroom sessions on Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, Data Interpretation, and Verbal Ability.
  • Design and deliver customized training modules based on the students learning levels.
  • Prepare practice questions, tests, and mock assessments to evaluate student performance.
  • Analyze test results and provide individual feedback and improvement strategies.
  • Incorporate real-time problem-solving approaches and shortcuts to improve speed and accuracy.
  • Coordinate with the academic team and placement department for scheduling and progress tracking.
  • Support in organizing aptitude workshops, preparatory sessions, and mock tests.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in teaching or training students in aptitude and reasoning.
  • Strong conceptual understanding of quantitative, verbal, and logical reasoning topics.
  • Familiarity with aptitude sections of exams such as CAT, GRE, GMAT, or placement aptitude tests.

Preferred Skills:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex problems for better student understanding.
  • Strong analytical and mentoring abilities.
  • Knowledge of digital tools for conducting online assessments and training sessions.
