Role Description

Events

  • Collaborate with Production, Operations, Client Servicing, and Concept teams to create innovative event visuals.
  • Deliver end-to-end design solutions including invites, set/backdrop, entrances, props, mementos, and trophies.
  • Independently handle projects from concept to execution as per client briefs.
  • Ensure designs meet production standards and coordinate with Production on sizes and formats.
  • Maintain organized artwork backups.

Advertising

  • Create designs for print and digital ads: newspapers, outdoor media, brochures, posters, danglers, leaflets, and emailers.
  • Conceptualize and execute advertising ideas with strong visual and copy integration.
  • Design logos, branding elements, and layouts for publications.
  • Manage daily design operations and deliver within deadlines.

Vendor Management

  • Coordinate with vendors for accurate printing/execution of artworks.
  • Oversee production across digital, offset, and outdoor formats.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Graphics, Graphic Design, and Logo Design
  • Strong attention to detail and creativity
  • Proficiency in design software (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva)
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Experience in the entertainment or media industry is a plus
