We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with a strong background in business analysis to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform, hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying scalable solutions, and the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions. This role is perfect for a seasoned professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about leveraging Salesforce to drive business transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

Salesforce Development & Customization:
  • Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce applications, workflows, triggers, Apex classes, Visualforce pages, Lightning components, and integrations with third-party systems.
  • Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce solutions to meet evolving business needs.
  • Conduct code reviews, ensure adherence to best practices, and optimize performance of Salesforce applications.
Business Analysis & Requirement Gathering:
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements.
  • Conduct feasibility analysis and provide solutions that align business goals with Salesforce capabilities.
  • Translate complex business requirements into scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions.
  • Work closely with project managers, business analysts, and QA teams to ensure requirements are accurately implemented.
Solution Design & Architecture:
  • Design end-to-end Salesforce solutions that align with enterprise architecture and business strategy.
  • Recommend and implement best practices for Salesforce architecture, integrations, and custom development.
  • Support Salesforce roadmap planning and provide insights for continuous improvement and innovation.
Testing & Deployment:
  • Develop and execute unit tests, integration tests, and user acceptance testing (UAT) plans.
  • Ensure seamless deployment of Salesforce solutions in production environments using tools like Salesforce DX and change sets.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce customizations, integrations, and workflows.
Collaboration & Mentoring:
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business users, IT teams, and external vendors, to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Mentor junior Salesforce developers and provide guidance on development best practices and business analysis techniques.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 8–15 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce platform, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce APIs.
  • Solid experience in business analysis, requirement gathering, and translating business needs into technical solutions.
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing Salesforce solutions for enterprise-level applications.
  • Experience with Salesforce integration tools, such as REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, or ETL tools.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, and security model.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Platform Developer I/II, Salesforce Administrator) preferred.
