Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and managing various civil engineering projects. This role requires a strong foundation in engineering principles, excellent project management skills, and proficiency in relevant software tools. The Civil Engineer will work collaboratively with other engineers and stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Diploma/Graduate engineer with 08 to 10 years' experience of industrial civil & structural work on a green field site. Should be able to manage the site independently including execution, quality control, measurements, planning and scheduling of work; organizing required men, machinery and materials through the contractor. Duties

• Design and develop civil engineering projects including infrastructure, pipelines, and transportation systems.
• Utilize software such as AutoCAD and Revit for drafting and modeling project schematics.
• Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to inform project planning.
• Prepare detailed project schedules and manage timelines effectively.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Perform calculations using Mathcad for structural analysis and design validation.
• Utilize ArcGIS for mapping and spatial analysis related to project sites.
• Oversee construction activities to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety regulations.
• Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field.
• Proficiency in engineering software including AutoCAD, Revit, ArcGIS, and Mathcad.
• Strong understanding of project management principles and scheduling techniques.
• Experience in pipeline design or related infrastructure projects is preferred.
• Excellent analytical skills with a solid foundation in mathematics.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
• Strong communication skills to effectively convey technical information to non-engineers.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations governing civil engineering practices.
