Role Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated OneStream Associate to support the development, implementation, and maintenance of OneStream XF solutions.This role is ideal for someone with a background in finance or EPM systems and a desire to grow their expertise in enterprise performance management.

Skills Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the design, configuration, and deployment of OneStream applications for financial consolidation, planning, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Support monthly and quarterly close cycles by maintaining metadata, data loads, and system validations.
  • Develop and maintain business rules, workflows, and data integrations between source systems and OneStream.
  • Work closely with finance users to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Participate in testing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning of OneStream applications.
  • Create and maintain documentation for solutions, processes, and configurations.
  • Monitor data integrity, perform reconciliation, and troubleshoot discrepancies.
  • Support end-users by resolving tickets, providing training, and identifying areas of improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, accounting, IT, and consultants.
