Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain automation scripts using
    PowerShell
    or
    Python
    .
  • Design and manage CI/CD pipelines using
    Azure DevOps
    and
    GitHub Actions
    , including repositories and artifacts.
  • Integrate and consume
    REST APIs
    to enable seamless automation workflows.
  • Build and support CI/CD pipelines for diverse application frameworks in both
    cloud
    and
    on-premises
    environments.
  • Implement infrastructure-as-code using
    ARM templates
    ,
    Terraform
    ,
    Azure CLI
    , and
    Azure PowerShell modules
    .
  • Troubleshoot and optimise automation scripts, including creative use of REST APIs for out-of-the-box solutions.
  • Contribute to
    disaster recovery strategies
    ,
    backup/restore automation
    , and
    high availability architectures
    .
  • Monitor systems using tools such as
    ELK
    ,
    Prometheus
    , and
    Grafana
    .

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in DevOps and automation.
  • Strong scripting skills in PowerShell or Python.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions.
  • Proficiency in REST API integration.
  • Deep understanding of CI/CD pipeline design and implementation.
  • Expertise in infrastructure-as-code tools and practices.
  • Familiarity with DR and HA strategies.
  • Experience with modern monitoring tools.
