Sr. Store Executive

• Inventory and stock management:
• Manage the receipt, storage, and issuance of all civil materials, tools, and equipment.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records, including physical stock verification.
• Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels and initiate reordering to prevent stockouts.
• Record-keeping and reporting:
• Record daily material consumption and prepare reports like Goods Receipt Notes (GRN).
• Maintain all store-related documents and prepare management information system (MIS) reports.
• Support internal audits related to store management.
• Operational management:
• Ensure materials are issued correctly to projects and departments as per approved indent or issue slips.
• Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and proper organization of the store and warehouse areas.
• Manage the disposal of scrap and waste according to regulations.
• Coordination and communication:
• Liaise with the purchase department for low stock or overstock items.
• Communicate with project managers and other user departments to ensure their material needs are met.
• Coordinate with vendors for the timely delivery of goods and clearance of bills.
• Team and compliance management:
• Supervise and guide a store team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
