Job Title: Social Media Specialist

Location: Andheri East, Mumbai

Experience: 5-8 years in social media management (agency background & performance marketing expertise preferred)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Social Media Specialist who can bridge creativity with performance-driven strategies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in managing campaigns, analyzing results, driving ROI-focused initiatives, and building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement tailored social media strategies aligned with client goals and performance marketing objectives.

Identify PR opportunities and trends to amplify brand visibility.

Create, curate, and oversee engaging content across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and emerging channels.

Manage and optimize paid campaigns to drive measurable ROI.

Track, analyze, and report social media metrics, delivering actionable insights.

Develop and share regular ORM and social listening reports.

Work closely with creative, design, and performance marketing teams to deliver integrated campaigns.

Support cross-selling initiatives and contribute to business growth strategies.

Ensure smooth client servicing, timely deliverables, and payment collection.

Support account teams in maintaining financial discipline and liquidity.

Guide junior team members, ensuring best practices and continuous process improvements.

Foster a collaborative and high-performance work culture.

Skills & Requirements

Strong command over social media platforms, paid campaign execution, and analytics.

Proven experience in project management with the ability to handle multiple accounts simultaneously.

Excellent communication skills for client interaction and stakeholder management.

Masters degree in Communications, Mass Media, Marketing, or MBA preferred.

Financial understanding of KPIs, budgets, and P&L management.

Familiarity with WhatsApp and email marketing campaigns.

Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategic recommendations.

Creative problem-solver with an eye for detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Demonstrated leadership qualities and team mentorship experience.
