  1. Project Planning & Control

  2. Oversee planning, scheduling and monitoring of all PMC activities for the project.

  3. Ensure compliance with project milestones, deliverables and contractual requirements.

  4. Quality & Technical Oversight

  5. Lead review and approval of Quality Assurance Plans (QAP), method statements and drawings.

  6. Ensure robust QA/QC implementation and compliance with standards/specifications.

  7. Conduct random reviews of QAP implementation during periodic site visits.

  8. Supervision & Monitoring

  9. Supervise fabrication and erection works (including foundations, superstructure and deck slab casting).

  10. Ensure works are executed in line with approved drawings and engineering standards.

  11. Monitor site safety, quality and progress.

  12. Stakeholder Management

  13. Coordinate with stakeholders (GLC, STUP, Railways, Fabricators, Contractors).

  14. Review and follow up on approvals of drawings and method statements.

  15. Represent PMC in client and contractor meetings.

  16. Team Management & Guidance

  17. Guide Project Engineers and deployed site crew in their day-to-day responsibilities.

  18. Provide direction and resolve escalated technical/site issues.

  19. Reporting & Client Interaction

  20. Prepare and submit periodic progress reports to the client.

  21. Participate in two scheduled visits annually with BV's central team for random review, QAP audit, and progress checks.
  22. Provide recommendations for improvements where required.
