senior citizens in India. We are engaging, educating, and empowering seniors through our

live sessions, games, safe payments, on-demand assistance, part-time jobs, and other

features on the Khyaal App.

Responsibilities:

Content Creation:

  • Develop engaging content tailored for senior citizens, including videos, social

media posts, blogs, and short scripts.

  • Collaborate with the team to brainstorm fresh and creative ideas for online and

offline campaigns.

  • Maintain consistency in tone and messaging to resonate with our audience.

Emcee Duties:

  • Host live sessions, virtual events, and in-person gatherings for senior citizens,

ensuring an enjoyable and interactive experience.

  • Engage with participants, keeping the energy high and the audience

entertained.

  • Act as the face of Khyaal during events, representing the organization with

professionalism and warmth.

Technical Knowledge:

  • Use computer tools to create, edit, and manage content efficiently.
  • Operate virtual platforms like Zoom, Google Meet, or similar for live sessions

and webinars.

  • Manage basic troubleshooting during live events to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a knack for storytelling and

engaging an audience.

  • Creativity and passion for creating meaningful content for senior citizens.
  • Comfortable on camera and in front of live audiences.
  • Proficiency in basic computer operations, including content editing tools, MS Office, and virtual platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and basic video editing tools is a plus.
