We're looking for a talented and passionate UI/UX Designer who can bring ideas to life and create engaging, user-centered designs that deliver both beauty and functionality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate business goals and user needs into intuitive, effective design solutions.
  • Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes for web, mobile, and desktop applications.
  • Participate in user research and usability testing to identify pain points and optimize user experience.
  • Develop and maintain design systems, guidelines, and reusable components.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams — developers, project managers, and stakeholders — to ensure cohesive design delivery.
  • Analyze user feedback and make iterative improvements to enhance usability.
  • Stay updated with modern design trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Design or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in UI/UX design for digital products or services.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing design projects across multiple platforms.
  • Proficiency in Figma (mandatory) and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Deep understanding of responsive design and design systems.
  • Experience with UX-driven design principles and usability best practices.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with InVision or Zeplin.
  • Ability to create custom illustrations.
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS.
  • Familiarity with tools like Jira, Slack, Trello
