Roles & Responsibilities:

Pre-sales Support

  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and prepare tailored demonstrations.
  • Deliver product presentations, workshops, and proof-of-concepts to prospective clients.
  • Develop functional solution documents, proposals, and responses to RFPs/RFIs.
  • Assist in preparing estimations, project scope, and functional requirement documentation.

Functional Consulting

  • Gather and analyze client business requirements and map them to SAP Business One functionalities.
  • Configure and demonstrate SAP B1 modules (Finance, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Production, Service, etc.).
  • Conduct requirement workshops, GAP analysis, and provide suitable solutions or workarounds.
  • Coordinate with technical teams for customization, integration, and add-on developments.
  • Prepare and deliver end-user training, functional documentation, and support during UAT/go-live.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Act as the bridge between the client and technical teams.
  • Build strong customer relationships by providing functional expertise and business insights.
  • Ensure smooth handover from presales to implementation teams.

Desired Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of SAP Business One (SQL/HANA version) functionalities across multiple modules.
  • Experience in 
    end-to-end implementation
     and/or presales of SAP B1.
  • Good understanding of business processes (Finance, Manufacturing).
  • Ability to design process workflows, GAP analysis, and functional documentation.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a client-facing pre-sales/consulting role.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for Pune/Mumbai, Noida & Bangalore for a SAP Business One Functional Consultant. The consultant will be responsible for analysing business processes, gathering requirements, and implementing SAP Business One solutions to meet client needs. Additional responsibilities include consulting with stakeholders, configuring the system, delivering user training, and resolving functional issues. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and business requirements
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with clients, stakeholders, and team members effectively
  • Knowledge of business processes, particularly in finance or related domains, and ability to align ERP solutions to client requirements
  • Experience in consulting and implementing SAP Business One
  • Adaptability and problem-solving skills to address functional and project challenges
  • Bachelor's degree in
    Commerce, Computer Application, Engineering, IT, or related fields.
  • Certification in SAP Business One is an advantage
