Speech Language Pathologist

Evaluate patients' speech, language, cognitive -communication, voice, and swallowing abilities using standardized tools and techniques.Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on individual assessments.Provide therapy to address articulation, fluency, voice, receptive and expressive language, and social communication challenges.Educate patients and families about communication strategies and treatment goals.Collaborate with physicians, teachers, occupational therapists, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care.Document patient progress, treatment outcomes, and maintain accurate clinical records.Participate in IEP (Individualized Education Program) meetings for school -based SLP roles.Stay current with research and best practices in speech -language pathology. RequirementsAssessment & Evaluation: Skilled in using standardized tools to diagnose speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders.Treatment Planning: Ability to develop individualized therapy plans based on patient needs and goals.Therapeutic Techniques: Proficient in evidence -based practices for articulation, fluency, voice, language, and cognitive -communication therapy.Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.Documentation: Accurate and timely clinical documentation of assessments, progress notes, and treatment outcomes.Patient Education: Ability to educate and counsel patients and caregivers on treatment strategies and home exercises.
