Chemist

• Monitor process parameters at various stages of production (UHT, filling, packing, etc.).
• Conduct routine sampling and testing of in-process and finished products.
• Verify and maintain records of CCPs (Critical Control Points) and OPRPs in line with HACCP guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with FSSAI, ISO, and customer-specific quality standards.
• Perform chemical and microbiological analysis for product validation.
• Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to address process deviations or quality non-conformities.
• Calibrate and maintain lab instruments to ensure test accuracy.
• Prepare and maintain daily quality reports and trend analyses.
• Participate in root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Support internal and external audits (ISO, FSSC, customer audits, etc.).
