Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Business Development:
Identifying and prospecting new clients.Pitching the company's IT products or services to potential clients.Negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms with clients.Closing deals and achieving sales targets.
- Client Relationship Management:
Building long-term relationships with clients.Acting as the main point of contact for client inquiries, support, and service issues.Working to understand client needs and customizing solutions.Providing post-sale support to ensure client satisfaction.
- Project Management:
Collaborating with technical teams to ensure smooth project execution.Tracking the status of ongoing projects and ensuring deliverables are met.Managing client expectations and troubleshooting issues during project implementation
.4. Market Research & Strategy:
Staying updated on industry trends and competitors.Providing feedback to the marketing and product teams to improve offerings.Understanding the client's industry and tailoring solutions to meet their specific business goals.
- Reporting & Performance Tracking:
Keeping track of sales progress and reporting to senior management.
Analyzing sales data to identify areas for improvement and optimize the sales process.Required Skills:Sales Skills: Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing techniques.
Communication Skills: Clear, concise communication with clients and internal teams.
Technical Knowledge: Understanding the IT products/services offered, even if not highly technical.
Problem Solving: Ability to address client concerns and find appropriate solutions.
Time Management: Efficiently managing multiple accounts and deadlines.
CRM Tools: Familiarity with customer relationship management software like Salesforce, Hubs pot, etc.

Pay: ₹300, ₹350,000.00 per year
