  • Responsible for the construction of all Green field set up a plant an annual capacity of 1 MTPA , Alloys Steel Plant
  • Project Execution, Control Erection, Testing ,Commissioning,
  • Electric Arc Furnace, Ladle Refining Furnace, Continuous Casting Machine and Submerged Arc Furnace including Operation and Maintenance of the plants after commissioning.
  • Posses in depth knowledge of Tools and Techniques of operational and maintenance management system to optimize overall equipment effectiveness in order to maximize profitability of the plant.
  • Exceptional team building, organizational and analytical skills coupled with demonstrated relationship management and communication abilities.
  • Execution of one million metric tonnes Greenfield SMS project with EAF, LF, CCM (6S-Billet Caster)
  • Electric Arc Furnace -2X16 MVA (Mannesman Demag make),
  • Ladle Refining Furnace 5 MVA (HBB make),
  • VD & VOD - (VAC METAL make),
  • Continuous Casting Plant, Vertical, Bow Type 7.5 m radius (Mannesman Demag)
  • Oil Hydraulics and Water Hydraulics (Rexroth Germany / Rexroth India))
  • Finalisation of Technical Specifications, GA /Detail /manufacturing drawings and plant layout in co-ordination with consultant.
  • Evaluation of technical offers and finalisation of contracts / work orders.
  • Fabrication & Erection of Building & Technological Structures etc.
  • Erection of and commissioning of equipments related to Induction Furnace, Ladle Refining Furnace, Continuous Casting, and Rolling Mills including Civil , Mechanical and Electrical work.
  • Proven ability in managing of Operations, Maintenance & Project functions in running plant operations, brown field project and Green field project on EPC basis
  • Preparation of Feasibility reports for projects, for financing, Statutory approvals
  • Planning, directing, and coordinating activities of designated project to ensure that completion of project is accomplished within prescribed time frame and financial parameters.
  • Overall in-charge for progress Reviewing, Budgeting, Cost Controls and Approvals.
  • Contribution in building a positive team spirit, able to build morale and group commitments to goals and objectives.
  • Erection, Testing& commissioning of Thin slab Caster :-

a. Erection of Equipments (CSM) , Thin Slab Caster and Commissioning,

Radiography Equipments units for Coil quality delivered. ROT, Laminar Cooling System, Side Guide arrangement System& Down coiler, Coil Conveyor , Equipments like BUR & WR Choke Changer with hydraulic power Pack & Piping.BUR & WR choke Tilter. Roll Grinder, Ventilation& HVAC System, Roll cooling system, Laminar Cooling system . Cellar Equipment's & Tanks, Power Packs & Hydraulic piping.

Domain Skills :-

  • Project Planning & Execution :- Handling project activities involving working out various requirements with respect to process, equipments, manpower & monitoring overall project execution for ensuring timely completion within budgeted cost.
  • Plant Operations / Maintenance : - Co- Ordinating plant activities to set up standards with accountability for strategic utilization & deployment of available resources to achieve organizational objectives. Preparing manuals & work instructions for operations of unit and maintaining reports for facilitating decision making by the management, developing, operating & maintaining the systems involving corrective & preventive maintenance for trouble free operations with maximum machine up time & efficiency; while curtailing the costs.
  • Vendor Development :- Material Planning and developing vendors for timely procurement of quality project/process equipments /materials, maintenance spares and consumables to ensure smooth and consistent progress/production at optimum cost.
  • Quality Assurance:- Ensuring strict adherence to quality standards in projects , operation and maintenance in co-ordination with consultant, vendors and support service departments.
  • Man Management: -Directing, leading & motivating workforce and imparting continuous on job training for accomplishing greater operational effectiveness and efficiency.
  • IT Skills :-

Accustomed in operation of MS DOS, MS -Office, Project Management tools like MS Projects, , MSP, Primavera P6 .AutoCAD, etc.Role & responsibilities
