Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design process for residential, commercial, hospitality, or retail projects.
  • Develop creative concepts, mood boards, layouts, and 3D visualizations.
  • Prepare and review detailed drawings, construction documents, and specifications.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and consultants to ensure cohesive designs.
  • Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and accessories in line with project requirements.
  • Manage client presentations, design approvals, and regular communication.
  • Supervise on-site execution to maintain design quality and resolve issues.
  • Mentor and guide junior designers, ensuring quality output and professional growth.
  • Monitor budgets, timelines, and deliverables to achieve project goals.
  • Stay updated with design trends, sustainable practices, and innovative materials.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Interior Design.
  • 3 to 5 years of professional experience in interior design.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photshop, Sketchup.
  • Strong sense of aesthetics, color, materials, and detailing.
  • Excellent project management and client-handling skills.
  • Ability to balance creativity with functionality and budget constraints.
  • Leadership, teamwork, and mentoring abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30, ₹40,000.00 per month
