Qhse Manager

Job Summary:

The Manager - QHSE is responsible for overseeing the quality, health, safety, and environmental aspects of all EPC projects. This role involves developing and implementing QHSE policies, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations, and fostering a culture of

safety and quality across all project sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• QHSE Policy Development: Develop, implement, and continuously improve QHSE policies and procedures across all projects.
• Compliance Management: Ensure that all projects comply with relevant quality, health,safety, and environmental regulations and standards.
• Training and Awareness: Conduct regular training programs for employees and contractors on QHSE best practices.
• Incident Investigation: Lead investigations into any safety incidents or quality issues, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
• Reporting: Prepare regular QHSE reports for senior management, highlighting key metrics, incidents, and areas for improvement.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement in QHSE performance through audits, inspections, and feedback from project teams.
• Skills:
• In-depth knowledge of QHSE regulations and standards.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing QHSE management systems.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Experience in incident investigation and root cause analysis.
