Job Purpose

Lead the design, development, and delivery of high-quality web applications and APIs using .NET Core. Take ownership of technical excellence, mentoring, and process improvement within the development team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver .NET Core-based Web API solutions with RDBMS or NoSQL backends.
  • Review pull requests (PRs) and ensure code quality, coverage, and compliance with coding standards.
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using ASP.NET Core, MVC, Web API, and Entity Framework Core.
  • Work on REST APIs, microservices architecture, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Collaborate with architects to define solution/technical architecture.
  • Produce technical documentation, including design and process specifications.
  • Mentor junior developers, ensuring adherence to best practices and agile principles.
  • Participate actively in Scrum ceremonies and lead them in the absence of a Scrum Master.
  • Troubleshoot, test, and maintain applications for performance optimization.
  • Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and task management.
  • Continuously explore and pilot new technologies for team upskilling.
