Job Title: Food and Beverage (F&B) Executive

Department: Food & Beverage

Reports to: Operations Manager

Client & Location: SABIC ) Bikenahalli, Sarjapur (Near Attibele)

Job Summary:

The Food and Beverage Executive is responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations of the F&B department, ensuring high standards of service, quality, hygiene, and customer satisfaction. This role supports the F&B Manager in managing staff, optimizing operations, and ensuring a seamless dining experience for guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, organizing, and supervising all F&B operations.
  • Ensure consistent quality of food and beverage offerings and customer service.
  • Support the recruitment, training, and scheduling of F&B staff.
  • Monitor inventory levels of supplies and coordinate with procurement to ensure timely replenishment.
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Assist in developing menus in collaboration with chefs and bar staff.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
  • Analyse sales and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain and update daily reports on sales, inventory, and staff performance.
  • Coordinate with other departments (kitchen, housekeeping, front office) for smooth operations.
  • Supervise events, banquets, and special functions when required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree/diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in a supervisory or executive role in F&B.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with F&B software systems (e.g., POS, inventory management).
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and standards.
